These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Syntrico website and waitlist registration for AML Guardian, our forthcoming AUSTRAC compliance software (“Product”). By accessing this website or registering your interest on our waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Important Notice: AML Guardian is a coming-soon product. This website is for information purposes only. Registration on our waitlist is an expression of interest only and does not create any contractual obligation until confirmed in writing by Syntrico.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a representative of a Tranche 2 entity (lawyer, accountant, real estate professional, conveyancer, trust service provider, or similar regulated entity) or authorised personnel of such an entity.
• By registering, you represent and warrant that you have authority to provide the information requested.

Waitlist Registration

Expression of Interest Only

Registration on the Syntrico waitlist (“Waitlist”) constitutes an expression of interest in AML Guardian only. Waitlist registration does not:

• Create any binding contract or agreement between you and Syntrico
• Guarantee access to the Product upon launch
• Obligate Syntrico to provide any services or features described on this website
• Establish a client-service provider relationship

Confirmation Required

A binding agreement will only be created upon:

• Syntrico’s written confirmation of your access to AML Guardian
• Your acceptance of the then-current Terms of Use and Service Agreement
• Completion of onboarding and subscription payment (if applicable)

Waitlist Data

By registering, you authorize Syntrico to collect and process your name, email address, phone number, and optionally your organisation name and role. This data will be used solely to notify you of Product launch status and send relevant updates. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Planned and Indicative Pricing

Any pricing information displayed on this website is indicative pricing only and subject to change prior to Product launch in March 2026. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before you are charged.
